材料清單：

Form I-130 兩份

支票$535 兩張

我的公民certificate複印件

我的護照全本複印件

我的出生公證

小妹的出生公證

大妹的出生公證，顯示同父同母

請問：大妹除了出生公證，還需要什麽材料？她已經改姓，該怎麽證明我們是親姐妹？-Also provide her name change proof if her current name is different from her original name in the birth certificate. By the way, was your sister adopted officially by your aunt? If yes, she needs to provide the proof of the adaption which has been cancelled officially.

我應該分別寄出？還是一起寄出？-Send them separately.

小妹的兒子11歲，如果一起辦的話，小孩需要什麽材料？-Not need to do anything about the child or other family members at this point.
