1）如果先申請EB2的I-140，
a) 萬一被reject，是不是也要重新申請新的Perm？-I fit is denied (not rejected), then need to file a new PERM.
b) 如果被RFE呢，會不會等半年？-I don't know. 有沒有可能withdraw 這個EB2的I-140, 重新file EB3的I-140和I-485?-No.
2) 看網上說，F1的孩子申請了I-140和I-485, 就不能再拿F1，我孩子現在在上大學，對他有影響嗎？
-His F-1 is still valdi, but he cannot extend/renew his F-1 due to immigrant intent.
他是跟我們申請的，算申請了I-140和I-485嗎？如果是，那他將來就不能申請讀Master了嗎？-If he files I-485, he can use pending I-485 to continue his study in Master's Program.
