請問8老師，女兒持IR2簽證2017年9月初入境後，還沒收到綠卡時因為要回去上大學，2017年9月16日回去了，現在被告知綠卡被寄丟了，隻好補辦，打算今年2月中旬回來（回去了5個月）。請問她可以持護照上的簽證再回美國嗎？
-Yes. When she entered US last Sept., the visa was endorsed at the port of entry. So the visa stamp is equal to the temporary green card valid for one year. So, she has no problem to reenter US.

我們現在已經給他買了達美航空公司的機票，今天在美國這邊打電話問航空公司女兒登機的事，似乎不知道 TEMPORARY I-551 STAMPS AND MRIVS ,說是女兒半年的簽證已過期（廣州領事館通過移民簽證時間是2017年8月9日到2018年1月31日），不能登機怎麽辦，請支招？
