是工作終止那天開始算，還是60天以後開始算？ 還是移民局正式吊銷h1b那天開始？
-There is expiration date on the I-94. If you lost job, then your H-1 status will be invalid from the date you are laid off, but you still have a grade period of 60 days, i.e. you are legally present in US to find a job in that period of time, then you can do H-1 transfer to reinstate your H-1 within US. If you find a job after the grade period, you have to leave US to get the H-1 visa to come back. If your I-94 does not expire yet, your presence is not counted as unlawful presence unless USCIS or judge ask you to leave US, i.e. you will not be subjected to 3- or 10 year bar if you leave US.
