1。體檢：現在還是一起把體檢結果和130/485申請表提交，還是等通知？“you are NOT required to submit Form I-693 at the time you file your adustment application, but may do so if you wish."
-- Either is ok. If you submit I-693 with other forms,  they have to do a new I-693 if their I-485 applications take more than one year. However, it may cause delay if I-693 is submitted in a later time.

2。485表，如果曾是黨員，要填嗎？
--Better tell the truth, and then explain it, such as for promotion, etc.

3. 485表，part 5 item 10, yes or no?
-- Yes
4. 對於485表item 62 public assistance, 是否填不需要？

5。864表中，如果我和我先生是家庭報稅，需要他成為joint sponsor 嗎？還是我一個人就可以？
-- Joint is ok.
算人口我還是不明白。我，老公，兩個孩子。我爸媽探親。family size 是6還是5？
