鑒於我現在的情況，一邊是想在一月份盡快遞交485，一邊又要準備二月份H1回國actication. 這是兩批不同的人在做。 上個月做485的律師問我，遞交485這段時間會不會出境，當時我確實沒有出境的安排。
現在看來，如果我二月份要回國簽證，我現在要跟做485的律師說嗎？

現在跟她說，我怕她會有什麽顧慮而推遲遞交485. 她上次說交485這段時間，不應該（you should not travel internationally. If you travel after 485, 131, 765 are filed and before 131 is approved, your petition for 131 may be denied.)
-It does not matter for I-131 denial. You can file it again if it is denied. It is free (no filing fee), anyway.
