８老師， 剛剛用L1B（3年有效）在美國工作一個月。想問公司申請綠卡的事，請問你建議我現在申請，還是換成H1B（要抽簽？）後再申請？ 主要是因為L1B最長5年，綠卡等不到還要轉H1B保住在美合法身份。
-Just file it now using L1B and also, try to change L1B to H1B any time later before L1B expires (try it the sooner the safer because H-1 quote is not easy to get).
