請問8 老師，P4 裏提到要注冊回郵地址，可是根據提供的網頁根本找不到注冊的地方。“ Click the “Register” button below. Select “New Application/Schedule Appointment” and then select “Immigrant Visa-Scheduled by NVC-Registration Only.”我按了"Register"button, 可是跳到另外一個頁麵根本沒有要選的選項。然後就試了廣州預約簽證的網站，結果也不行。
