H1B 失業轉B2，現在是B2 PENDING，如果在PENDING 期間離開美國，

1）是否等於B2 申請作廢？
-Yes.

要向USCIS寄信通知嗎？
-Not need. USCIS will find your leaving by themselves and deny your application.

2） 離開美國後，以後是否可以在中國申請其他的簽證，比如，H1B, B1或者B2？
-Yes. Bring the I-539 filing receipt notice for the future visa interview.
