8 老師您好： 我現在的情況優點複雜. 我是EB3 ， I140 已批準， PD 是 2015 二月. H1B 6年已過, 再申請H1B 延期被拒。現在用TN 簽證工作， 但2018 十月到期。 我想請問以下：
1。 如果2018十月之前， 我可以遞交I485， 是否我就可以繼續工作,而不用EAD 或TN 延期？ 我的TN 還可以延期嗎？
-You can continue to work as TN holder until the TN I-94 expires, but you cannot extend your TN due to immigrant intent (i.e. I-485 filing), so you need to apply for EAD to work after TN expires.
2。 現在的公司並不穩定, 原來的公司想我回去， 我需要重新經過H1B 抽簽嗎？
