女兒9歲，目前在美國。老公是NIW獲得的綠卡，當時孩子因跟隨我的j1有個j2visa沒到2年服務期，所以沒辦綠卡，現在她兩年過了，在美國也一年多了，所以想先把她的辦了，以後回國方便些。
-Has your child stayed in China for at least two years yet or have you got J-1 waiver yet? If no, she may need to get the J-1/J-2 waiver.

自己做了一下功課，看需要填什麽表格和材料，不知道我想法對不對，也還有一些疑惑。麻煩懂的大俠幫忙看看。

（1）file i–824（兩年前老公給兒子辦的時候曾經辦了一個，當時是CP在美國以外，不知道女兒的這次在美國是否要重新辦？）
-If your child has a legal status in US currently, she can file I-485 directly within US, not need to file I-824. If she has no a legal status (i.e. illegal stay), then your spouse needs to file I-824 for her to apply for the immigrant visa in China.

（2）需要提交的材料有–這些材料是和824表格一起提交嗎？還是等824批了以後和260表以及864表一起交呢：
-Do the same way as you did for your son.

孩子的出生證明（公證件）

夫妻的婚姻狀況證明

老公從前的申請資料（是隻140時候的資料還是485的呢？還是兩個都要？）

老公的一係列797notice

老公綠卡複印件

（3）之後的步驟是不是就和cp的步驟一樣了呢？繳費，260表和864表格，體檢什麽的。

（4）14歲以下是不是就不用麵談了？
