關於申請美國公民的問題

我原來住在新澤西，也是在新澤西拿到EB2的綠卡。現在我搬到了馬裏蘭州。那個表格N-400不管是新澤西還是馬裏蘭是不是都是寄到同一個在德州的office？但是我聽說，不同的州處理公民申請的進度是不一樣的，我猜馬裏蘭州的進度應該比新澤西州要快吧？那我這種情況到底算是新澤西州的還是馬裏蘭州的？多謝！
