1. 他們如果遞交回美證申請，遞交時必須人在美國嗎？
-Yes.
可不可以把申請表交給律師或者在美國的朋友，請他們代為遞交？
-No.
2. 回美證的審批周期大約是多久？
-3 to 4 months or longer.
一般申請發出後多久能收到打指紋通知？
-They can request expedite process for biometrics appointment which takes about 10 to 14 days.
3. 回美證可以延期幾次？每次能延期多長時間？
-No limit, but USCIS may not approve it if they extend it for more than twice. Extension maximum is two years each time.
