1. 能否遞交了N-400馬上離境？
-Yes.
還是要等到USCIS收到以後才能離境？（以前另外一個人申請L1延期，律師說寄了申請就可以離境，結果被拒絕，因為離境當天，申請還沒到USCIS。）
-L1 is non-immigrant status. This is different from N-400.
2. 因為過幾天就要走了，事情很多，能否人在境外（中國）的時候提交N-400？
-Yes. But had better submit the application within US.
3. 現在從提交到到打指紋要多長時間？
-Hard to say.
一般提早多早通知。因為要買票回來打指紋。
-At least two weeks. By the way, don't stay in China for > 180 days continuously. Otherwise, your physical presence continuity may be disrupted, which will affect your qualification for the US citizenship application, resulting N-400 denial.
