請教8老師又一個問題

因為CAR ACCIDENT 中受傷 ，隻好用幾周的short term disability insurance. 這算“public assistance”嗎？ 也就是說，對下麵的問題回答“YES”或“NO“？

"Have you ever received public assistance from any source, including the U.S. Government or any state, county, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment) or are you likely to receive public assistance in future"?
