我先生140批下來了，他的priority date 就是我的priority date (就是perm receipt date,對嗎？-Yes) 嗎？
-Don't understand your question clearly. Basically, your I-140 is irrelevant to you.

他申請Perm 時也要了很多我的材料,但是140上隻有他一個人是 beneficiary.所以我不知道我是不是也get his priority date...
-You can file I-485 together with his I-485 (i.e. depend on his I-485/green card) to get your green card as his derivative. But you are not the beneficiary of his I-140.
