尊敬的8老師：

有幾個問題向您請教，謝謝。首先介紹一下我的基本情況：老公剛拿到公民，我們已結婚快四年。我一直是學生，現在我的OPT已過期1年4個月，我一直在家帶娃。現在我申請綠卡，在填I-485時遇到幾個有疑惑的地方：

1. 表中問Expiration date of authorized stay date shown on form i-94？因為我是學生，表上沒有這個日期，怎麽填？-Put your I-20 expiration date there.
2. 表中問What is your current immigration status? 我填 F1(Expired on 07/11/2016)可以嗎？-Fine. It does not matter to you because your spouse is a US citizen, anyway.
3. 我opt期間做過一段volunteer, 故在Employment history 中寫到這段曆史時我的職業我填student （OPT）可以嗎？-Fine.
4. 表中問Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status?現在我的OPT過期了，但在簽證的有效期內我沒有做任何違反規定的事（比如打黑工之類），所以我應該回答yes還是NO
5. 回答YES的話，我解釋的時候需要說明除了過期以外無其他問題嗎？-Say "Yes" and explain that you are just overstay, not need to explain more.

另外想同時申請EAD卡，在填I765時發現如下這個問題：

表中問：你以前有沒有向USCIS申請過EAD卡？我畢業時申請過OPT的EAD卡，但當時是學校的international office 的老師給申請的（學校工作人員給我表讓我填，然後經過他們手寄給USCIS，所以我也不知道他們寄申請的office location和date）。所以，此問題我是回答yes 還是NO？
-Say "Yes" and provide the copy of OPT EAD.  You can find the USCIS Service Center codes such as LIN, SRC, EAC, WAC, IOE from the EAD receipt number on your receipt notice (also at the bottom on the EAD card).

– EAC – Vermont Service Center;
– VSC – Vermont Service Center;
– WAC – California Service Center;
– CSC – California Service Center;
– LIN – Nebraska Service Center;
– NSC – Nebraska Service Center;
– SRC – Texas Service Center;
– TSC – Texas Service Center;
– MSC – National Benefits Center;
– NBC – National Benefits Center;
– IOE – ELIS (e-Filing); and
– YSC – Potomac Service Center.
