1） 先生的H1B簽證還有5個月要過期，請教一下renew需要多長時間？
-About 3 months, normally. If use premium processing, it takes 15 days.
2） 我是H4, 剛好簽證過期那周要回國，很擔心來不及拿到新的797，能不能去催一下公司現在就去辦renew?
-Yes. His employer can file the extension petition now.
3） 我們現在辦Perm大概快3個月了，拿到以後，辦I140需要多長時間？
-Case by case, hard to sat when the I-140 will be approved, but if use premium processing, you can get the result in 15 days.
4） 以前File過EB2，有PD，現在·EB3比EB2排期快，我們可以申請EB3嗎？
-Yes. Discuss it with the lawyer.
如果申請EB3, PD還能用嗎？
-Yes.
5）現在這種情況，是不是即使能夠趕在H1B過期前提交I485, 拿EAD工作，最好還是renew H1B？
-Had better renew the H-1B. You don't know what will happen. It is much safer to have the H-1B status until you get the green card.
因為如果拿EAD工作，萬一綠卡又沒下來，又必須換工作就沒有身份了，對嗎？
-Correct. You have to use EAD to work all the time. If the I-485 is denied, all of your family have to leave US if you don't have H-1/H-4 status.
