求問8老師，父母機票就是周三，想去local office 蓋那個I-551 stamp 已經約不上了。

如果幸運不用打指紋，那麽應該很快就收到綠卡。如果收到綠卡給他們寄回國也可以供他們明年入境用吧？
-Yes, but if the green card is lost during mailing (I saw some cases before), then they may have trouble to come back.
