6月中旬申請J1轉F1，到現在4個多月了都沒有消息。（2年回國限製已經豁免）

9月中旬電話移民局要求加急被拒絕。

除了等，還可以做什麽嗎？
-ask the school to contact them. Normally you may have to wait, no many things you can do.
