非常感謝8老師。如果在我姐姐入境4個月的時候申請延期，

可是要三到四個月才知道有沒有批準延期，那一定超過六個月了。

如果在六個月的時候還不知道延期結果，先回中國，

等延期結果在她回中國二個月後知道了，如果批準了延期，她可以立刻來美國嗎？
-After she leaves US, the extension is useless even if it is approved. She had better stay in China for at least one year before she come to US again in case she has trouble at the port of entry (she cannot come to US too often in a short period of time using B-2 visa).

 她來美國後這個延期還有效嗎？擔心回中國二個月就回來，入境處不給6個月。
-It is possible she may not be given another 6 months.
