父母廣州移民簽證麵試的材料需要提前交給中信而且還需要付費嗎？

父母麵試的所有材料是帶進領事館，還是需要麵試前提前交給中信？下麵的鏈接裏提到要吧材料交給中信？

另外， 我在美國國家簽證中心已經繳納了全部費用， 父母簽證麵試當天還需要繳納額外費用嗎？
