如果我讓派出所開了一張證明顯示我出生地點，父母姓名的話，我還需要醫院開證明顯示我和父母的關係嗎？如果這樣，我的出生證明，派出所證明，和醫院證明基本都一致的啦，都證明我的名字，性別，生日，父母名字。

這意思說，他們就想讓我從不同方麵（戶口，現在用派出所證明）和醫院來驗證我身份，是嗎？
-Yes. If you have the birth proof from the hospital, then just do the 公證 for it, and provide it for the RFE, and do not need to do the other documents 公證 such as 戶口本。
