我因為換工作所以有2個140。那麽在填485 part2 underlying petition #? 如果填最近的那個的話 priority date就不對了
-Your new I-140 priority date should be the same as the old I-140. If no, that is USCIS's mistake, so you need to contact USCIS to fix it if you use the new I-140 to  file I-485. Talk to your lawyer who is in charge of your new I-140. It seems your new lawyer is not so good because he/she did not do good job to let USCIS put the old priority date to your new I-140.

If you want to use the old I-140 to file I-485,then you need to ask the old employer to give you the support letter addressing that they will hire you back after you get your green card.
