1、他可以一來美國就申請綠卡嗎？

2、如果可以馬上交485，他需要申請AP嗎？因為他需要經常往返中美，沒辦法在美國呆很長時間.

這期間他O1 還有效嗎？
-If he does not work for the employer within US, the O-1 will be void.
