我朋友剛拿到O1簽證，馬上要來美國。

1、他可以一來美國就申請綠卡嗎？
-Yes. But he needs to file I-140 and then, file I-485 when the priority date is current.  O-1 is irrelevant to green card.

2、如果可以馬上交485，他需要申請AP嗎？因為他需要經常往返中美，沒辦法在美國呆很長時間.
-Then, he had better apply for it.

3、如果不能交485，他可以申請廣州移民簽證嗎？
-Yes.

這期間他O1 還有效嗎？
-If he does not work for the employer within US, the O-1 will be void.

他孩子還可以以O3在美國讀書嗎？
-See above. If O-1 is void, no  O3.
