1. 我朋友I-485被拒了，他6月初就交了290B，收到receipt,但是到現在都沒有結果。需要給移民局打電話催一下嗎？（他是EB1a， I-140批準了）
-Fine.

2. 他是不是在290B被批準之前都不可以工作和用原來的AP離開美國？他是AOS身份。
-He needs to contact USCIS to see whether the I-485 has been reopened. If yes, he can use EAD and AP. But I don't suggest him to travel outside US during this period of time even if the I-485 is reopen.

3.他485 是5月末被拒的，如果180天內290 還沒消息，是不是最好要離境，怕三年不準入境。
-Consult an immigrant lawyer to see how big the possibility he can win the I-290B case.

4.如果離境了是不是290B就自動被拒了呢？-See above answer.

5.要怎樣跟移民局聯係催一下呢？-Fine.
