8老師，

我們夫妻倆去年8月一起申請入籍， 去年9月一起打的指紋， 一個是去年12月通知麵試，2017年一月考試，二月宣誓， 三月就拿到護照了。 另一個2017年6月狀態才改成Case in line for an interview， 給移民局發過信，打過電話也沒用。 我的問題是這個正常嗎？

現在同時renew綠卡可以嗎？
