我母親6月份回國，現在在國內。 她想在國內住一到兩年，辦Parole是否要給出原因，比如需要在國內治病等等， 需要開醫療證明和做公證嗎？ 
-She needs to come back to US to file I-131 for reentry permit. Then, she can leave US after conducting the fingerprinting.  No 醫療證明和做公證 is needed. She can not file I-131 when she is physically not present in US.

您是否建議申請Parole? 有人說申請Parole了，以後綠卡有可能會被取消，或者有可能被拒絕入境。
-Right. If she has no reentry permit and stay in China for > one year, her green card will be void.
