-Your mother needs too write a letter to request USCIS to upgrade the I-130 from F3 to F1 by providing your divorce certificate if you do not plan to get married again before you get the green card. But if you want to get married before you get green card, you may not need to do anything.

之前的排期算嗎？
-Yes, your priority date remains the same, but whether it is current or not will be based on F1 category.
