8老師，前段時間求教過您回中國工作後，辦白皮書的事宜。我過去兩年大部分時間在中國。每半年回美一次。八月份叢中國回美國一周，遞交了白皮書申請。
現在收到打指紋通知我9月7日到Indianapolis打指紋。但是我十月初才能去美國10天，並且是去東部城市。這種情況下，我如何有可能把我的打指紋日期和地點改到我能去的時間和日期呢？（打指紋通知是說我要把這個通知寄回去），但是好像沒有辦法要求特定的日期和地點。
-You can request reschedule on the appointment, but you cannot identify when your new appointment will be. USCIS will make the new appointment for you based on their procedure. As long as you have the appointment notice, you can conduct it in any USCIS ASC, not have to be the place indicated on the appointment notice.
另外一種可能，就是不把通知寄回去，直接和我去美國的地方的local office make appointment到十月初去打指紋。不知道這樣可不可行。
-Probably your N-400 case may be denied when you come back at that time if you don't reschedule the apppointmnet.
