請問各位老師關於父母辦綠卡：

1. 結婚公證 可以是 結婚事實公證嗎？因為結婚證已經找不到了。
-叫國內當地派出所出個證明，然後去公證處作個公證.

２.需要無犯罪公證　
-Not need if they apply for the green card within US unless their fingerprinting fails.

和　戶口本公證？
-Had better do it if the 戶口本 contains your names and your parents' names

３.如果是黨員，還在交黨費，會影響辦綠卡嗎？　
-It should not, but need to write a statement to explain why the joined the Party (e.g. for employment, promotion,, etc.), and what activities they are participating in.

需要從國內出啥證明嗎？-No.
