-Yes, but the problem is that if the H-1 is approved first, the B-2 is approved later, then you need to go outside US to get the H-1 visa to come back.
還是要WITHDRAW B2 後才能轉回H1B？
-No. Unless you file H-1 transfer during the grace period, you cannot withdraw the B-2 because there is status gap if you do it.
