先拜8老師！！！！！

 本人通過EB1B申請綠卡，目前485pending， 140已經獲批，combo card 已經拿到。 

 我的問題是，大前提是在485 pending 180天後，

1.是否可以自由換工作（並非同一類型工作），
-Yes, you can change job, but the new job has to be in the same/similar field as the old one.

2.或辭職不工作？
-That will be risky. If USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, and you don't have a job or job offer, then your I-485 probably will be denied.

3. 是否即使雇主通知移民局也不再影響綠卡申請？
-Yes. But you have meet the requirements above.
