-Have you indicated in the I-130 that they will apply for the immigrant visa in China? If yes, just wait for NVC to contact you. If no, then you need to file I-824 to ask USCIS forward the I-130 to NVC (you need to pay $465 for each case for I-824 filing fee).

可以讓他們用b2簽證來美後再申請485 嗎（他們已經有10年b2簽證。謝謝！
