1. 我朋友馬上要入加拿大國籍了，他以前申請的EB1A 的140（已經批準了） 還有效嗎？
-Yes.

2. 是不是他的移民簽證還要去廣州領事館簽呀？
-He can apply for the immigrant visa in Canada. Contact USCIS and NVC about the address/location change. Also, fill the address in Canada in DS 260 application for immigrant visa.

3. 他可能最近不能辦理移民簽證，有什麽時間限製嗎？他已經收到NVC的郵件了，要通知NVC嗎？如果以後要辦理要怎樣跟移民局聯係？
-He has to apply for the immigrant visa within one year, otherwise NVC will close his case, and thus his I-140 will be void.

4. 他是不是也可以申請E2簽證呀？然後在美國境內交485？
-Yes.
