上次問到關於我兒子在申請綠卡等待中結婚了，現在想為他老婆遞交材料，你答複我可以等到排期快到時再遞交她的材料。可是兒子和他老婆都希望現在遞交上去她才感覺到安心。我的問題是：她的材料是往哪兒寄呢？是我當時給兒子月遞交I-130綠卡申請的地方嗎？我在舊金山，兒子現在在中國。
-They/you cannot do anything until the priority date is current (排期到時). The I-130 is for your son only, and when the priority date is current, his wife can be his derivative to apply for the immigrant visa together with him outside US or file I-485 together within US.
