請教8老師,H1B transfer 被拒絕

現在的H1B tranfer剛被拒絕，是不是就沒身份了?如果短期內再找到一份支持H1B的工作，是不是不能在美國境內申請transfer 了, 要回國簽證(H1)？

或者現在馬上申請學校讀書，轉F1,要回國簽F1還是可以在美國境內申請轉F1？
