十幾年前因為失業夫妻吵架鄰居報警，男方被arrest兩次charge家暴兩次，後來案子都被dismiss了。現在先生申請入籍，請了律師附上文件如實說明了一切情況，快要入籍麵試了，這種情況還需要雇律師一起去麵試麽？
Not need to waste your money. I don't think the lawyer is helpful very much.  If it affects your US citizenship approval, then it will no matter whether you hire lawyer or not because the fact of your case has been very clear there. Just tell the truth when asked, and also bring all of the related documents, just in case.


如果移民官問到相關問題，律師能否代為回答？有朋友說，所有問題都得本人回答，律師不能幫著回答，是這樣麽？那花錢請律師同去是不是沒有必要？
