I used AP to come back to USA, and AOS was stamped on the passport. After I came back, I continue with my H1B job. Now I'm going to change my job. The human resource in my new institute filed the H1 transfer for me around 1.5 month ago (to VSC). I'm waiting for approval. I hope AP will not invalidate my H1B,and my H1B can get transfered. I will update the result of my H1B transfer.
