8老師， 我人在加拿大，已入籍。 現在的公司是美國分公司，如果公司給機會去美國工作，簽TN好，還是L1B好？我做IT技術工作，有兩娃。打算以後申請綠卡。
-L-1 is dual intent (i.e. allow to have immigrant intent,  and TN not. But L-1 maximum is 5 years, and TN is unlimited. So, you may get TN first, then L-1 later when you plan to apply for green card.
