請教老師關於申請母親移民可能性

我是英國公民持綠卡，老公是美國公民，剛從歐洲搬到美國。我母親是退休公務員，66歲，寡居多年，身體狀況越來越糟糕，美尼爾氏綜合症／抑鬱／肺動脈高壓，我是獨身子女，希望母親能夠跟我們住一起方便照顧。因為我並非公民，有可能讓我老公以健康原因幫她申請綠卡嗎？
