有兩個情況想請教一下8老師

假設一家4口（爸爸媽媽和兩兄弟，弟弟現在15歲），哥哥在美國已經拿到綠卡，如果想把爸爸媽媽和弟弟移民到美國，可否等哥哥轉為公民再申請爸爸媽媽，
-The elder son must be a US citizen first, the sponsor the parents and the brother.

然後以未成年隨同的方式把弟弟也一起帶出來？
-No. The parents are not in the same category as the brother.

可以合並填表還是要分開填弟弟的表格呢？這樣，弟弟會不會超齡呢？

綠卡轉公民如果是3年的居住要求（而不是5年），是按照結婚的時候配偶的身份，還是按照過去3年配偶的身份呢？
-From the day the person got the conditional green card if the personal marred a US citizen.

假如結婚的時候配偶是綠卡然後遞交申請，然後配偶再轉為公民，居住時間的要求應該怎麽算呢？
-3 years from the day the spouse becomes a US citizen or 5 years form the date the person get the green card.
