NVC的"Choose an Agent"信件是寄給petiyioner還是beneficiary還是兩者都寄？
-It will be sent to the petitioner because it is convenient for USCIS to that. But the form should be completed/signed by the beneficiary. The petitioner can be chosen as the agent.
如果隻寄給beneficiary，那要寄到中國，可能要花費比較長的時間。請問有可能讓NVC送電子郵件嗎？
-It can be scanned and sent by email even if after it is been signed. Print it out using color printer.
