Thanks for your clear answer! I think I will wait for the new H1 approval---just for safe. Then I have another Q: if B has applied the new H1 via premium process and the SD is 01/01/05, can I still work for A until 01/31/05 and start to work for B from 02/01/05 (although the SD is 01/01/05)? A million thanks!
