EB1a的485 被NSC中心給拒了，現在想郵寄I290B表。郵寄地址是那個呀？有點糊塗了。

1. 這個是不是給親屬移民的485呀？“An unfavorable decision made by the National Benefits Center on a family-based or Section 13 Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status”
