我媽媽綠卡拿到不久（大概幾個月）就回國，當時因為不打算再來，就沒有辦AP，現在離境剛剛超過一年（去年五月中吧），因為父親突然去世，我希望把媽媽帶回來。不知道她這種情況要怎麽處理，好像AP不能補辦，但是那個簽證又是說超過兩年需要辦，那麽一年到兩年之間怎麽辦？有沒有類似情況經驗，萬分感謝！
-The green card is void, so she cannot use it to travel to US. She may just abandon the green card at any one of the US Consulates in China, and then apply for B-2 visa at the same time. Then, use the B-2 visa to enter US. If she wants to get the green card again, you can sponsor her as you did before.
