H1-B 一年期stamp 今年9月過期，出美國

八老師好，我想請問一下，我們夫妻去年回了國，有有效的h1-b stamp 到今年9月中旬到期。打算6月底去日本玩一周，請問可行嗎？聽說現在出入美國的政策比較嚴格，請問有什麽風險嗎？謝謝！
