我的PERM剛批，律師剛收到批準件，但是PERM上需要簽字的公司負責人，即將離職。這位負責人跟我說，公司的老板將負責接下來步驟的簽字。
我想請問，PERM批準件上的簽字人需不需要一定是即將離職的負責人？
