老師，不好意思，又來麻煩您了。

我的PERM剛批，律師剛收到批準件，但是PERM上需要簽字的公司負責人，即將離職。這位負責人跟我說，公司的老板將負責接下來步驟的簽字。

我想請問，PERM批準件上的簽字人需不需要一定是即將離職的負責人？
-Not have to if the person is no more in charge of the matter.

因為TA的名字已經在表格上了。

老板可以接替簽嗎？
-Normally the Director of HR needs to sign it. I don't know who is in charge of this issue in your company. So, you had better talk to the lawyer and ask the lawyer to talk to the employer.
