我的EB2 I-140批準已經超過180天，但我現在的485pending是基於今年3月EB2降級到EB3後交的，即我的EB3  I-140批準才2個多月，“I-140批準已經超過180天”後可以更換類似的工作，我是否符合這個“180天”的要求？也就是說我的I140 180天咱計算？
-The I-485 pending is counted from the date of I-485 filing and if it is pending for > 180 days, you can change the job. It does not matter whether the I-140 was just approved or approved long time ago.
