that is interesting. I thought it could be a problem to re-enter the US if I am in the middle of the H1 tranfer.

My first impression to the scenario 2 is that if your H1 transfer is approved you will have not trouble to re-enter. It is kind of like you first enter the US with a brand new H1 visa. I could be wrong. Pls advise. Thanks a lot.
